Foot Care Clinic at Hua Chiew Hospital:

Specializing in foot health, addressing issues arising from diabetes, chronic foot ulcers, flat feet, arch pain, and fish-eye conditions.

We offer diagnostic and treatment services, including customized insoles and shoes for:

  1. Diabetic Patients : Preventing foot ulcers, especially for diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy, poor blood circulation, foot deformities, or high risk of ulceration.
  2. Individuals with Foot Ulcers : Special insoles minimize pressure on the ulcerated area during walking, facilitating healing and preventing the risk of infection-related amputation.
  3. Individuals with Calluses : Hardened skin areas on the sole, often due to abnormal weight distribution. Regular removal without adjusting proper weight distribution on foot may lead to recurring calluses. Cutting insoles reduces weight on callused areas, alleviating pain and minimizing recurrence, though it may take longer for calluses to return, particularly in cases with less severity.”
